Yea yea, I know you guys will probbie lock up this topic or flame me for this. But just had to get it out! The title says it all, and I don't give a darn! he COST us the game vs. the Clips! If you can't shoot you don't need to be playing in the NBA, let's trade him to the CBA!

First of all your a moron. Second, moochie doesnt look for his own shot all the time. He is a pass first type of point guard, it just takes him longer to develop plays than normal point guards. He will only shoot if he is wide open. He helped incredibly last year so why don't you give him at least until all-star break before you ship him out. If fans had the ability to trade players they don't like we would only have Yao Ming on the rockets.(and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't make it if it was up to you).

You can't trade someone unless somebody will actually take him. ;)

The best thing we could do is eat his contract Matt Maloney style and let him go. He could just be having an off year and may rebound next season. I just think that he is having a hard time adjusting to this offense compared to what we have been playing the last few years. I still like Moochie, but it is getting harder and harder to say that...

At this point, Id rather have Maloney.

At least he could hit a shot when open.

Let's put him in IR and get a player from CBA or Globerrotter. JL

I am baffled how you people get through the day.

Joe Blow's new thread title "What was the score to the game last night"?

Did you not read any other post/threads.

Am I the only one who has to go through the main page before the BBS???

I don't even see how you figured out to use this BBS.

To the Joe Blows out there get a life.

Moochie was not the only one to blame for the loss to the Clipps.

I don't see Moochie as being a major problem and second nobody is going to take that contract of his.

Mooch needs to practice hard but not to fiddle with his hairs too much. If you are not 7.5 and can not block, defend and make a jump shot, you 'd better learn how to make free throws and
assist. Otherwise, you are begging to be benched or traded.

The other Moochie thread on the first page wasn't enough for you? What've you said in this thread that isn't already being said in the other thread? You're right... this thread should "probbie" be locked up for that reason alone.

Moochie is a good point guard, he just hasn't been focusing lately. Some of ya'll are blaming Moochie for the lost against the Clippers cause he didn't take the open shot. Well that open shot that he didn't take was almost the same as Hawkins missing shots that Francis gave the open space for him to shoot. Moochie pushes the ball up court like he is suppose to do and set up plays for his guys. Nobody is perfect.

It wasnt the open shot - but MISSING 2 FRIGGIN free throws.... Okay Okay if he made ONE of them, I would have been okay with that but he MISSED BOTH of them. And that travelling call near the end of the game - Look I used to think that Moochie played with alot of heart, but since he signed that "BIG" contract he hasnt played like he did 2 years ago. Same thing can be said for Cato! Why does it seem like when a player signs a big fat contract it seems like they can kick back and relax a little bit. (aka - Maloney, Cato, and Moochie in my book). At least Francis is out there earning his keep, still cramming in and trying to make the plays.

Well I think the whole team cost us the game by taking it easy on the Clippers and not playing with the same intensity in the 1st half as they did in the 3rd quarter. But we lost so that is the past...

moochie appears to have lost the quickness, drive and hustle that got him that contract.

Sadly, it's human nature. I hope Juaquin doens't suffer the same fate.

There's an easy solution to this, give his playing time to ANYONE else. Please.

Who could we get to replace Mooch, and back-up Steve? any ideas, I would love A. Johnson in Dallas, but I doubt that they would move off him.

Can anyone else think of a good solid pg, who makes good decesions?

Give Mooch some time, He'll get better. I remember last week Rice Basher's were saying trade him, now that he has found his groove I haven't seen anybody say anything about him. So just give the man some time.

The team lost that game. That first half was a joke. Several Rockets missed frees in that game, it's just that everybody focuses on the last ones.
