I have heard rumors that the Raptors are willing to trade Vince Carter. I think that the Rockets should try to aquire him. I know that he is a risk because of his injuries etc...I don't think that Mobley or Mo Taylor are assets for the Rockets in the long run. Mobley thinks he is a super star, he is not. Griff is the future of the Rockets not Mo T. Frankley, I enjoyed watching the Rockets play defense and have A LOT less turnovers when they were playing those games without Mobley. They were playing hard and still winning games. Mobley takes TOO MANY dumb shots and turns the ball over WAY too much. He does not complement Yao very well at all. Some of you may recall that the Raptors were interested in both of these players at one time so this trade would not be as far featched as it may seem. Yao, Francis and Carter...sounds like a very nice 1,2,3 punch. Add the outside shooting of Boki in the future with Griff developing and the future looks bright for the Rockets even if the Carter trade were to fail It would also attract more fans to attend games in Houston, being that Carter is such a popular player. What do you guys think?
IF VINCE CARTER was on the Houston Rockets, I WOULD LOVE IT!!! But I would still like to keep Cuttino Mobley. If the Cat left, it would give more playing time to Joaquin Hawkins and James Posey and maybe Bostjan Nachbar!!! That would be nice...but Cuttino could be a great backup for Vince Carter. And Eddie Griffin will become a great basketball player. But what...he's gonna play entire games? Yeah...Cato can be his backup. Then Yao will need help...so Jason Collier can be activated! No...this will never happen. Vince Carter, Yao Ming, and Steve Francis could draw tons of fans. We would be the most exciting team in the NBA. But it's never gonna happen...
