Are you guys nuts? I would give my left testicle to get Francis on my team. There are probably five guards more talented than he is: Kobe, T Mac, Kidd, Iverson, and Pierce and I would take Francis over the last two. Patience is what you guys need. (Although I would prefer you to miss the playoffs) Now if you want to trade somebody, I would move EG. He has good value and could probably be used to move an unwanted salary. Plus his talent level is not irreplaceable.

However, the Collective Bargaining Agreement prohibits trades involving body parts. Furthermore, if a testicles are to be offered as part of a trade, they have to be attached to a player OR offered as a set of two. Last, the two tradeable salaries must be within 15% of each other per CBA guidelines. Francis makes $12 mil per year while all MemphisX's testicle earns is the occasional scratch from its owner.
