Nah, he's old school. Trading Scola makes sense because we have Patterson, Carl Landry is a free agent, and Hill is a reliable backup. It all comes down to what's availalble on draft night. I'd trade Yao, Scola, and the 10th pick for Iguadala, and Brand. Why would you trade for Parker when Kyle Lowry is your starting point guard?
Trading Lebron for Scola is not a good deal, Scola is a solid and efficient post scorer on a relatively small contract compared to Lebron, in addition, Scola knows how to win and is automatic with his jumper. Lets also not forget Scola is several shades lighter than Lebron.
