A few nights ago my family and I went to the Rockets v. Kings game, the next day, we all got food poisoning. My brother suspected that it was probably from the chicken tenders that we bought at the game, since we didn't go out to eat before or after. From my previous knowledge, alot of places usually give out complimentary gift cards to customers that catch something like this. I don't know what Toyota Center's policy was, so I thought I would ask you guys to see what you think.
Yeah, my sister bought it from one of the vendors by section 408. Shes recovering well from the food poisoning, while my brother is still pretty sick.
You need to bring your vomit and fecal matter as proof. Otherwise, any Jo Schmo can ask for a freeibe cause he got sick.
I understand that this could just easily be a made up story, but I highly doubt that the staff at Toyota Center would want to see my family's vomit.
Every time I go to any sporting event, ANYWHERE, I eat before I go because I just don't trust vendors. I'll eat hot dogs from them but expect to be getting sick after, luckily hasn't happened yet. I'd talk to consumer affairs and bring a Doc's note as validation.
I have a Toyota Center question. Where do I go for free parking and are they alot of groupies at the game?
No, I can confirm that the Toyota Center will want to test your vomit. This happened to my friend Bucky back in 2007. He ate a pretzel and then got sick a day later. He threw up the whole day, and then contacted the TC officials when he learned their policy. They told him to bring some of the left over vomit he had in his trash can. Once it was tested and confirmed he indeed had food poisoning, the TC officials awarded him with a $5 gift card for future purchase at the venue.
aah chucks you seem to be gettin mad, mind as well let it go bro (not your broke ps3, that's way too valuable)
Dude... you are cheap as hell. You don't even know that you got sick from the food you ate at the Toyota Center. Buyer beware... next time eat before you go to the game.
