Don't shoot the messenger, please. I've seen the murals. I thought they were weird. Disclaimer: I do not believe in any of this stuff. However, I do find some of these things interesting. Unlike the alien theories, this stuff actually exists in the DIA. Odd...and somewhat fascinating. http://vigilantcitizen.com/?p=58 ***For entertainment purposes only***
The Denver airport is truly weird -- I just don't understand how so much weirdness was given the go ahead for display at an International Airport.
I've been stuck in that god forsaken airport all night before. Good thing I didn't know about all this hokey superstitious crap or I might have freaked out.
Pretty fascinating. I've been through the terminal that United uses. Was a child and pretty fascinated that it was so big. It would be cool to have an all access pass to explore the entire airport. For the conspiracy theorists: I just don't see how you could keep all of this stuff hidden with so many people working in the building every day.
I use DIA about 10 times a year cause I go to school here, and I just started noticing those murals the last time I was there. I have always noticed the horse and the masonic engraving, but never really payed much attention to it. I will have to check out this stuff in more detail in a few weeks.
No more disturbing than the brown metallic statue of the least successful GOP President in the last 30 years.
Not that I know enough to believe/not believe any of the stuff on the website...but that is a really cool website. The architecture of all the buildings is really neat and the conspiracy theories are fun to read about.
no it isn't. I live in Boulder and I can get there in 25 minutes. From Denver you can get there in 10-15. Bush is much farther outside of Houston
I'll fully admit I'm biased, but I love DIA. Clean, organized, and it has a Jamba Juice. I'm a happy guy at that point. There's a reason it's named the Denver International Airport of Kansas. Are you serious? I mean about the Boulder part, not the time (although I find that hard to believe too, you must speed a lot as it takes me 35 min and I usually take the tollway AND go 5-10 over the speed limit). There are a few posters on this board from Boulder (including myself). We might have to organize a Boulder watch party for a Nugs-Rockets game. Or even if there's a bar in town that has league pass (doubtful) a Rockets vs anyone game. I'll even cheer for you guys in that case....maybe.
