    I have over a year left on my contract or I would cancel and just do without... but I currently do not have a working cell phone and can't afford another one. I know in the past when I would be qualified for a free upgrade, the old phone would just lay around until I gave it to someone who needed it...

    so I guess I'm just asking for something in return?

    Do you not have replacement insurance? And how much could a replacement phone possibly cost for you to not be able to afford it? And you're still trying to start a restaurant?

    If you are serious:

    You can renew your sprint contract ANYTIME and they will tack an extra 2 years onto the end of your contract.

    You can get a new phone like that if you want.

    well it has a little "Ticker" on your account, counting down the days until you get like $200 in credit for renewing your memberhsip. Im currently at $75 which Id still have to fork out like $150 for a phone.
