Ok, was it me, or did anyone see that bright light right above the moon? It was just stationary, didn't make a sound, and was super bright. I was genuinely freaked out...anyone else see this?
Driving home this evening. Well obviously the light didn't make a sound, but I was referring to the object emitting the light.
"Counting stars by candlelight, all are dim but one is bright. The spiral light of Venus rising first and shining best. On from the northwest corner of a brand new crescent moon..." anyone, anyone? Moon is always new or crescent when it passes Venus in the elliptic. Awesome. There will be some exciting astronomical events this summer 2010.
I can't see the moon and it's pissing me off. Big ass tree in the way, and I can't tell if that red tinted light is a street light because of it.
