Instead of fining him for $10k, they should go for $1000k to make sure that he has to think about it before doing it again (to someone else).

If i remembered correctly, wasnt Bruce Bowen the one KungFu kicked Ray Allen in the head few seasons ago... or he kicked some other player??? Some one please help this out.

IMO, Bowen gets away too much... wonder why the league is so blind. If it was Artest who did this.. he will be suspend for 15games...

It was Wally Szczerbiak that he kicked, which made it even more hilarious.

He's dirty, no doubt, but it works.

    LOL that's hilarious.

I'll admit, I'm a Bruce Bowen fan. I'd give anything to have him on the Rockets. :)

Bowen gets away with way too much... his ninja kicks are totally uncalled for... I think there are claims of him trying to slip his feet under offensive players as they shoot to hope they roll their ankle...

it's hard to like SA when they got a dirty player in Bowen and a flopper in Manu

Somehow his "dirty play" has never really bothered me. I was laughing at Ray Allen last year when he kept whining to the media about Bruce Bowen who kept getting under his skin.

Lookin at the gif provided by TigerKnee, i think Bowen has at least 36' vertical... maybe he should compete in next year slam dunk contest. Dunking the ball and at the same time kungfu kicking, I will give that a PERFECT 10!! :D

The sh*t Bowen does has absolutely NO PLACE on a basketball court. Imagine if he seriously injured someone.

There's a reason why much better players like Michael Finley, Allen, Vince Carter, Szczerbiak, Cat Mobley, etc., have called Bowen out in the past. Just because you're not as talented as the players you're guarding, it doesn't give you the right to be a sissy and go out with the intention of hurting people.

He is just as talented physically as any of those guys except Carter. He keeps up with them for a reason. He is pretty athletic and has great footspeed.

This guy is the new Malone - a dirty scrub who ruins the game.

But, he can't shoot or handle or anything. Being athletic and fast is great for playing good defense. So, why doesn't he play it honestly?

My least favorite player in the league. The guy plays dirty and is everything I don't want my kid to be on a basketball court.

That kick on Wally was crazy. Someday he'll give someone an Allan Ray and knock their eyes out of their head. Or Ray Allen will snap and Kermit him. I vote for option two.
