Most recently clarified as: "torture does not include anything painful inflicted upon an interrogee per orders, implied or otherwise by the Commander in Chief or to those he delgates such powers, unless the interrogee is rendered completely incapable of continuing to live and/or incapable of permanently living without round the clock intervention-- such as 24 hr per day attendants or artificial life support". --John Ashcroft, Roberto Gonzalez and the Attorney Generals under Bush-Cheny. Your mother or other family members playing the following video for your friends and/or girlfriend once you have grown up:
Is that the only way to torture someone?? How about soak someone in water for a long time but do not actually long enough for permant damage? There are tons other methods both physical and psychological that would be considered torture by any reasonable person.
Yes, everything else is kosher in my book, especially psychological stuff. If you haven't suffered permanent damage, you should be able to get over it once you escape/are released/are rescued.
I see. So to you it is kosher if the three US soldiers that are in captivity right now are having broomsticks shoved up their asses, as long as they aren't permanently damaged. I'm sure they'll get over it, if they are ever released.
So rape as long as it doesn't cause permanent physical damage is OK? Raping prisoners to degrade them and soften them up is perfectly acceptable to you? edit... I see Gifford posted something similar.
are you f#$king nuts? let me know when you start suggesting that women who are raped should be able to get over it.
