It's too bad we couldn't keep him because Oscar really looks good, IMO. I think he has a bright future as a backup shooting guard, and maybe even a lower-end starter at SG.
I'm happy for Oscar that he's getting an opportunity, but he can circle this game all he wants because Mobley is going to light him up if he thinks he's going to go wild on the Rockets.

But the article you posted had Torres as a possibility, Clutch is saying it WILL happen within the next few days. Even Golden State fans on their board heard about the possibility but didn't know if there were anything to it.
I buy in on the difference however the use of the word scoop is what I have some difficulty with. The original news was the major relief for many OT fans and the final comfirmation, if that is what it is, is kool. The true value in the Clutch report is that it included OT's reaction to being cut. I for one continue to wrestle with that decision and was pleased when I saw the piece in the SF press. Hopefully TB can join the ranks of successfully placed rockets with other teams.

Ill have to go back and check that. I could have sworn Rice, Griffin, Ming, Francis and Mobley were your expemtions. Maybe it was Thomas instead of Rice. Hmmmmm.
