The comparison became unavoidable Saturday when Torres took off on a full-court, fast-break drive with Drexler's unorthodox head-down charge.

I KNEW I saw him do that in the game!!!

Very interesting though. I'm feeling more and more positive about our depth for this season. Hopefully Jackson will come through on Tuesday. I'm very excited for the Rockets. Maybe we'll be able to live up to ESPN's rare high opinion.

Great scouting on the rockets part. Could you imagine we could find a talent like that with the amount of talent we already have.

Everyone is talking about his strength, shooting ability, speed, defense, open court skills and confidence. Earlier I had him on the roster with small amount of minutes but he is going to demand more. The only reason why he will not backup Mobes at the start is due to respect for the players ahead like Walt Williams. He may need to pay some dues.

Folks there are no reasons for any rocket to average more than 33 minutes per game. Players should play less minutes but with more intensity per minute.

By the way don't you just feel like we are ready for Kobe!

thats exactly what i was thinking........Kobe meet your nightmare for the remainder of your career,....his name is Oscar Torres!!! but i'm in agreement with earlier comments that with in addition to the lauguage barrier,...he may have some dues to pay as well. i don't think he will get a lot of time this year but a year of watching and being aroung the system and some very, very warranted PT will be good for him long term.....he's 6'6", he'd be a little short like Anderson but he could play some SF too. nexted year when Walt is gone, he could play both SG/SF. we do have depth...don't let anyone say different WAHOO!!!
