    Dear clutchfans,

This will be my first post ever.
I live in Toronto and every year I make one trip down to watch my rockets. Have been bleeding rockets red since Yao/Mcgrady era so I just wanted to share some things I noticed from last nights game.

I really wish I could add some photos to provide some value but I don't know how this works.. Anyway..

    1. I hear **** the beard and curses on Harden around the crowd but it often followed by... this guy is so good and he destroys us singlehandedly.

    2. Harden fans around Toronto were doing the 'Stir the pot' gesture whenever he scored an I even saw a train of Rockets fans (Must be a bunch of friends) stirred the pot together as they left the stadium. It was hilarious.

    3. James does not get too vocal he's more like a zenmaster (Not to take away anything from his game) but Bev/Ariza and even our own coach D'Antoni was very animated and passionate about the game.

    4. Now the obvious.. (Don't flame me!) but James played exceptional defense last night! Especially during the final few minutes. The refs were very biased and it seemed like everything the rockets did was a foul. Of course, the poor shooting throughout the night also helped the Raptors but they were mostly good looks.

One of the better first posts. Welcome.

It's funny how most times after a nice play, Harden will have no reaction, just turn around and walk back down court like nothing happened, lol.

Upload your photos to an image hosting site and use IMG tags to post them, Rox pics always welcome.

Thanks for sharing! Good observation. Yeah, Harden is approaching the game like a zenmaster. He plays a lot of mind games with the defense when he holds the ball at point. He can keep the defenders guessing what he is going to do next, driving, straight up J or passing. Just when the defensive attention is concentrated on him, he whips a pass to a open EG, Ariza or Ryno for quick three. It's a beauty. He makes the game easy for this team.

I'm not sure I've seen Harden himself "stir the pot" even once yet this season... Maybe I just haven't been paying enough attention (though I watch most games), but at the very least, he's cut way back on it for some reason. Now added a bunch of other miscellaneous celebrations and dances instead, heh.

Wonder if he felt like it was getting old or was a jinx or something.

I've seen him do it once, and only after Bev kept insisting he do it lol.

First post? You have 97 of them.

ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Clippers 3/2/2011

Do you share the account or did you mean first thread started? I guess it's not that important but it caught my attention. Either way, glad to read the observations.
