    http://www6.tomshardware.com/game/20050620/index.html

There's more info in the link above on each game, but here's their (Tom's Hardware) list:

Not quite the MGS/Halo/GTA:SA/etc list we had last year, but it looks like there are some great gems in there (Okami looks...interesting). So what are some games that you are looking forward to this year? Or are you just looking forward to the Xbox 360/PS3/Revolution and/or the new ATI/Nvidia cards?

Well half the year is already gone, but there's usually some quality games that hit right before the Christmas season.

I'm looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 2, not sure if I'll pick it up right away though.

Elder Scrolls 4 promises to be a graphical orgasm. Hope they spice up the pacing and story this time.

I'm looking forward to KH2 as well. In fact, I'm wondering why that wasn't on the list since it seems like it is a big part of the Square-Enix lineup. Maybe it was delayed until '06 and I missed that or something.

That's pretty bizarre too. I think it got some great reviews, plus it will probably be used for tests for graphics cards, so it seems to be a great game to look forward too. Maybe the fact that it is out before July has something to do with it ; maybe just months 7-12 were considered?

If you think SotC looks trippy, you should check out Killer 7 (another surprise no-show, IMO). Now THAT game is trippy.

Some other games I'm looking forward too (but probably won't get a chance to play right away) include:
    DDS/Shin Megami Tensei
Burnout Revenge/Legends (current-gen racer that almost looks like the next-gen ones, plus a BO on the PSP)
    Dragon Quest 8
    Urban Reign
    FF7:AC (technically a movie, but I don't care)
    Black & White 2
    Gothic 3

There are some other small ones too, but those are a few that I'm looking forward too, besides the ones in the list (must play TESIV...somehow... someway). I may have forgotten some big ones, or gotten a release date wrong. I'm not totally sure if all the games I listed will launch in 2005 for sure, but it should be somewhat close unless someones steals the Gothic 3 code or something like that. ;)

I've followed AoEIII and The Movies through their development processes, and apologies to the crew but The Movies is total crap.. AoEIII will be interesting, though not much on offer that will captivate newbies.

I've been looking forward to Shadow of the Colossus for awhile now, it looks fantastic. ICO had to be one of the most beautiful games ever, but it kinda lacked meaty, action-packed gameplay. Finally a game that has the ICO look AND action!

And am definitely looking forward to Elder Scrolls 4... but at the same time I'm quaking in fear.

    I'm serious.

I had absolutely no life when Elder Scrolls 3 came out... I think I actually got visibly paler and put on a few pounds. No other game has ever done that to me, and I'm not sure I want another one.
