Just want to see who everyone says. We have to be in the top 3. Ron, AB, Landry, Barry. Celtics have a pretty good bench with T. Allen, House, Powe. Cant forget about the Mavs, Spurs, and Lakers. Thoughts? How would you rank the top 3 or 5? My 3 would be: 1) Celtics 2) Spurs 3) ROCKETS
Thomas and Bowen on the Spurs. Mavs, obviously Terry since he destroys us every game. Diop and Bass arnt bad. Stackhouse is still on their roster. Their bench use to be alot better when he played.
sorry but the spurs dont have a better bench than us, i would say.. 1)Rockets 2)Celtics 3)Lakers Ron artest makes us have a better bench than the celtics and lakers hes a allstar that comes off the bench and the celtics dont have one and neither do the lakers.. we also got AB, and Landry.. who could put up 20 points if they needed to
I'm not up to date with everyone's bench around the league but I would say the Rocket's bench is better than the Lakers, Celtics and Spurs. Who is coming off of Dallas' bench these days? Stackhouse, Bass and that young PG are a pretty good bench trio.
If you go all the way down to the 11th and 12th man, I'd say the Blazers. When Bayless and Diogu are your worst options, you have a pretty deep bench. I don't know where to rank the Rockets but they are pretty solid. The big hole is at backup C.
yeah, I don't consider Spurs or the Mavs have any deep bench. all they got was one guy coming off the bench who could be starter. I think besides the Lakers, we got the second deepest Bench along with boston. Cavs is third. one thing u need to keep in mind is that we got Artest, Landry, Brooks, Von, Berry, Head...those guys can play significant mins and they can be starters on some teams. You can't say the same with Spurs or the Mavs. However, if celtics get their hands on Deke, I think they will surpass both us and lakers to have the most deepest bench.
By depth 1. Blazers 2. Lakers 3. Rockets 4. Spurs By Stength 1. Lakers (if Famar is healthy) 2. Rockets 3. Spurs 4. Blazers Without any starters' combination, Celtics bench are just average.
Yeah, I get mosts peoples point. Mavs bench isnt really anything, especially without Stackhouse playing. They just stick out in my mind, since Terry and Stackhouse really stick it to us. Other than that, they arnt anything special.
Adding: Blazers are the deepest because they may use 12 men rotation, Rodrigues, Fernandez, Outlaw, Frye, Przybilla, Bayless, Diogu. If Webster is healthy, each of those 13 guys can be plugged into any team's rotation. Without any starters' help, Lakers bench is the toughest. Famar, Vujacic, Ariza, Radmanovic, Odom, Mihm can beat any other benches. They actually dominated 2nd Q or later 3rd Q most times. Rockets didn't have a completed bench appearence yet, maybe starting from today, Brooks, Barry, Artest, Landry, Hayes could be the best bench in the league.
Who's good off the Celtics bench? Nobody. Powe is decent, T Allen? Garbage. Eddie House? Trash. Big baby? Junk
You can let Wafer play C. Our bench may not need Hayes' offense as the other 4 are good enough for O.
1. Lakers.. I think they are deep in every position... 2. Rockets - If everybody is healthy 3. Blazers - They have so much young talents...
I'm not up to date on my Mavs news, but him and either their coach or Cuban have been butting heads, if I recall correctly.
