I saw 4 of them. Two of them I regret seeing. Most of those movies look really bad.

    Holy $hit. I saw

    All

    of

    Them

I am a total loser. Am I that shallow that I saw the fifty, FIFTY, top grossing films of a single year? Did I really average at least one movie per week? And damn. There are others I saw as well.

    I suck.

    Chance

PS biggest suprises from the list, in no order...

    1. The Fast and the Furious
    2. Shrek
    3. Spy Kids
    4. Legally Blonde
    5. Freddy got fingered

    Chance

okay, I was kidding about the Freddy got fingered thing. I, uh, didn't even see it. Honest.

I saw 47 of them...skipping Save the Last Dance, Atlantis, and Exit Wounds.

Swirve.com's top 10 of the year will not be released until the 18th so I can see Black Hawk Down.

A.I. was a waste of time and money----but loving medieval period pieces (don't understand it myself) I just grooved to a Knights Tale.

I've seen 14 off the list. Generally, my interest in a movie is inverse to the mainstream hype that it receives.

Of the ones on the list that I saw, only LOTR, Crouching Tiger, and The Others were really excellent. A few others, like Shrek and The Score, were enjoyable. Amelie is really good, by the way.

    10.

Rat Race was the best. That was the funniest movie I've ever seen.

Have you all seen The Majestic? It's pretty good. I saw it yesterday.

Oh, YOU were the one who liked it. :)

Funniest ever? Wow...that's pretty strong. I almost walked out. Try It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World to see that premise done correctly.

I was going to see The Shipping News; I really liked the book. But the movie is getting bad reviews, and my friends refuse to see it.
