Whose your top 5. This is always an interesting debate and its almost midseason

    here is mine

1- Shaq- Dominate. Will be 1 until he's done.
2- Tracy McGrady- Leading the league in scoring and maybe the most versatile.
3- Tim Duncan- Great post player. Not many of those around.
4- Tie- Kobe Bryant and Dirk- Kobe is alot like Tmac. Dirk is the same age as Kobe and improving every year. bird jr
5- Jason Kidd- Makes those around him better.

FRANCHISE (hell, I'm bias, but he is the only reason that we are above .500)

    2. Duncan
    3. Kobe
    4. T-Mac
    5. Kidd

Francis is not there, at least not yet. For one he doesn't make his teammates better. Kidd makes Jefferson look like an All-Star and Francis makes EG and Yao look like rookies.

    Shaq
    Duncan
    Garnett
    Kobe
    Payton

All are tall, strong bodies, and are excellent defenders with long arms, and quick hands. All lead their teams to a potential win every night, and can go off on any given night to potentially single handedly carry their team to victory.

a tie between kobe and t-mac and francis

shaq should be higher, but i think he isn't fit, if he is 100% healthy he will be #1

i don't know what my five would be but i'm surprised nobody said Ben Walace. Funny how the best defensive player in't even considered in all the predictions. Defense wins games

the reason is that wallace is not a factor in the offense,
and kobe and t-mac and duncan and shaq and garnett are verry good offensive players but also great defensive players. i added nowitzki who isn't the best of defensive player, because he is so versatile on offense, and his team is playing great.

I love the phrase "make somebody better"...god forbid a player actually makes himself better.

Eddie Griffin shoots too many three pointers, has a clothesline flat jumper, gets worked around inside, has mediocre post up ability, and can't shoot free throws that well....It's all Steve's fault!
