Would DAL entertain a Romo-Schaub deal? Romo has guts, and can move around in the pocket.

His INTs are a concern sure, but put him in a more structured offense with a running game and it can be minimized. He still has higher ceiling than Schaub. I trust him more on a closing drive than Schaub.

if you cut down on the QB-desision making(like in the texans offense) then the TOs will decrease.. romos biggest problem is tries to do too much. hes far too confident in his own abilities and it often costs him..

hes not a qb i would want to use a ton of resources to go get, if he was released and came here i would embrace it, i would embrace the open competition, but no to trading for him..

did you watch the last 2 months of texans football, schaub, he sucks.. see how it works.. i dont believe for a second that schaub could handle the cowboys if he were in romos shoes.. they play prime time games every week in a very tough division..

Romo needs to get a sex change op so he can play on the WTA tour. That's how much of a choker he is.

The fire sale that happens on this site is pretty ridiculous. I understand Schaub has played terrible the past few weeks (or season if you want). But the fact that people on here are calling for:

Tony Romo, Alex Smith, Michael Vick, and even Vince Young?!? Are you freaking kidding?!?!

The issue with us being in the position that we're in, is that despite the fact that Matt Schaub is struggling, there's no one out there we could honestly "go out and get" that would be better.

Matt Schaub is good enough to give you a good record, but not good enough to give you a good playoff record. And the Texans only real hope is to do just like San Diego has done, and that is to just ride him out until he gets hurt or retires. Because at this point after giving up all that money for him, they can't justify cutting him or even drafting a qb early.

Agreed. Neither team would do it.

Fix our right side O-line, then see if Matt has been the problem all this time. A lot more cheaper to fix the O-line than replace a QB who just signed a 5 year extension.

The Cowboy fanboys are saying No-Mo to Romo...why would be set back our franchise, if you thought Matt's picks were bad, shouldve seen what Romo did last night...The team needs someone that can win on the big stage, and Tony has a bigger list of failures on his resume...

Matt is a small time failure, Tony is just a big time failure.
If Tom Brady is Superman, Tony Romo is Bizzaro.

The reality is . .. if you going to replace Schaub or Romo
you GO YOUNG . . .they both too old

If either were to leave . .they would have to goto a team ready for the playoffs
    but need only a QB . . .

QUESTION: What team would take either of them now?
    Arizona maybe . . .
There are teams that could use them . . . but . .. most will go younger
