This came across his Twitter feed today: Katy, TX - Westheimer Lakes Parkway & Richwood Oaks Dr. in the bushes by the clubhouse entrance. Look for a fountain That tweet came across about 10am this morning. I looked it up and it wasn't that far from my house. I threw some clothes on, got in my car and hauled ass over there. It took me about 10-15 minutes. I pulled near the location and I saw some chick hauling a large box and putting it into her car. I had just missed it. Looking at his twitter feed http://www.twitter.com/tonyhawk you can see pics from those who've found stuff. It's a box with an autographed deck, virtual video game and some other stuff. It's really cool that he does this.
Looking through his twitter, the girl who found it responded with a pic of the contents: Good viral marketing strategy by Tony Hawk. He always seemed like a nice guy. I'd still rather party with Rob Dyrdek.
Was not me. I saw a girl putting the big box in her car and some other guy on a phone on the sidewalk. I figured that was the guy who left the box there.
