wow. I wouldn't ever say I was making it easy on a waiter if I did that. But don't complain about someone ordering a regular item on the menu and tipping based on cost. It's kinda your job and not out of the ordinary.
I REALLY don't want to make this into yet another tipping thread, but it sucks balls when someone runs your ass for three bowls of salad and four bowls of soup and then feels it's perfectly acceptable to tip a buck because it's 15% of $5.95. And that's all I'm going to say on the subject.
