As this summer goes by, we can see how teams make some improvements. Do you think that Houston will also make a move?
I think Steve and Yao are our 1st priorities but i think there are still holes to be plugged in order to prove that we are a REAL TEAM! :)

*This is from a chat going on right now with Chad Ford from ESPN Insider:

    http://dynamic.espn.go.com/espn/chat/chatESPN?event_id=2145#bottom

Chad Ford: (1:02 PM ET ) Thanks for coming everyone. I'm ready when you are . . .

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rick(Houston): Hey Chad! I love your Fixer-Upper series. When are you going fix up the Houston Rockets? Why won't the Rockets trade Kenny Thomas? They have three good power fowards in Maurice Taylor, Eddie Griffn and Thomas. Taylor has huge contract and Griffn is the best young power foward in the NBA. Is anybody intrested in Thomas. Thanks keep up the good work

Chad Ford: (1:08 PM ET ) In a dream world, the Rockets would like to send Mo Taylor onto Seattle in a sign-and-trade for Rashard Lewis. However, it's more likely that Seattle would want Eddie Griffin. If Lewis ends up back in Seattle or Dallas, I think this team will probably stand pat. They've got a good team and should have a great shot at the playoffs.

Jake (Jacksonville): Besides the Clippers (if they keep everyone) who do you see as the team of the future?

Chad Ford: (1:58 PM ET ) I think the Rockets have a lot of nice pieces. If they can stay healthy and if Yao turns out to be worthy of the No. 1 pick, they'll be really good.

Ask Alexander if all that money he is putting in their pockets makes them a real team. I don't think I would hear pennies bouncing around in there.

Yeah we'll make a move---we will sign Steve and that's the end of it. Fenito! over and done with!

I doubt that's the only move. I think we'll move KT for a Bryant Stith type of player. Someone with (playoff) experience, defense, leadership and a small contract.

i think we are keeping thomas as our future sf.

when glen rice is retired, or sidelined for the rest of his career with some kind of injurie, kt and nachbar will be our SF's. when you think about it, they are the perfect combo. one has D and rebounding, inside play, can mach-up against the big SF's. the other has speed and quickness, outside shooting, nice handle.

Maybe we can turn KT into a kind of Shawn Marion. He has more hops than people give him credit for and he's got a better post game and jumper than Marion. If he can just get better on the boards and block a few more shots, he'd be pretty darn versital.

shawn marion? SHAWN MARION?!? AW NAW HELL NAW. that huys is never gonna be better than marion. If he got a shot the he would be awsome, but it has been 3 years and his jump shooting has become worse. He is to predictable.

if he had a mo t type jumper, he would be one of the best in the nba. There is a slight chance he could be like Brand if he works on his moves, and shot.

well if he were a few inches taller
his arms a few inches longer
and he ran faster than he does

then yeah, KT could be another Shawn Marion
