TO ALL THE RICE HATERS

    The Rockets are 16-10 when Rice starts, 18-13 when he plays and 9-11 without him.

    I think the team could use a few more veteran players like Rice, although not at the price he's being paid.

    Of course that record has nothing to do with the fact that it all happened during the easy part of the season.

    rice is useless in this guard-oriented offense. he can't create his own shots (i don't think he'll get the opportunity anyway), so he needs to play with a center like yao, who commands double-team and is unselfish, to get him open shots. however, the rockets has couple of selfish guards who would not share the ball to make this team better. as most of you know, shooters need to take at least 10-15 shots a game to get and keep touch.

    Hitting an open shot is a "must" in any kind of offense.
