Morris was stopped Monday afternoon for driving 76 mph in a 60 mph zone on U.S. 340, according to police. Morris' Maryland driver's license was suspended in November for failing to complete a remedial driving course. Morris posted a $385 cash bond and was released, court records show. A hearing is set for June 5. Morris, selected in the second round of the 2001 draft by Atlanta, was traded to Houston for a future first-round pick. He started 12 games for the Rockets last season, averaging 3.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 16 minutes.
