I honeslty found it comical that every 5 minutes there was something else wrong with McGrady. He let the whole world know he got poked in the eye and a little boo boo on his belly when he went down on a knee.

He already wears a huge bulky shoulder pad.

Last night he added a hand wrap and elbow pad.

Looks like he's trying to use the injury card as the excuse why he's going to be 0-7 in playoff series this year.

MAN UP TMAC. It gets old. Losing to a more talented team is one thing, but get EMBARRAED and outplayed by Andei freaking Cryalinko on your home floor is another.

I'm sorry, I like Tmac, but he needs to go. Send him to the East where he might have a chance to win a cheesy 1st round playoff series and by happy.

In the offseason I would stay on the phone with Chicago and try to get 2-3 of their young players (Deng, Heinrich, Gordon, Duhon). I sure Morey could convince Paxson to give him a couple of them for TMac.

Who knows where TMac ends his career but he is here and he should be supported. TMac I do agree with you has to stop showing the opponent that he is hurt. I know it is hard to do but TMac has to rise above the pain and get going in order for the team to advance. I Still Believe, my heart does always.

Clearly, this was a topic that merited a new thread.

The hate against T-mac is getting ridiculous. This is what happens when you posters don't realize that T-mac isn't the player he use to be. Yes he still gives us an occasional outburst of 40 points, but I think this guys body is worn out from all the grueling seasons of having to carry a team. I know everyone has high expectations, but everyone in this message board really needs a dose of reality and realize that T-mac will never be the player we once traded for.

This is a team effort. An unfortunately our whole team is a bit unexperienced, and also missing their best player during these playoffs. I know that many of you have been unable to accept this, and I know that most of you would like to see T-mac fly like superman and dunk over everyone, or drive on everyone, but when defenses are keyed in, it's not goign to happen. T-mac has lost a step, he has lost some of his athleticism. It's just natural for these things to happen. I realize T-mac is young, but he has had back problems throughout his career and although they didn't show up this season, they still will slow you down in the long run regardless of how much you train and rehab.

Accept it clutchfans. You guys are nuts, seriously.

Yeah, I'd like to see how you do when you get hit with a low blow. You get hit down there and the pain goes to your lower stomach. Of course, you would need something down there to know how it feels.

In fact, this is simply because you pay too much attention on him!

I don't understand why you care those things so much!

Actually... he got hit in the nuts. The whole next possession you could see him adjusting himself, and grabbing his sides.

Dude, this should be mandatory reading for everyone on this board. He has definitely lost a step (maybe a 1/2 of a step). But he is still a great player, who does so much for his team. The team had all the pieces this year. Unfortunely, they lost the best center in the NBA to injury and started the series w/o their starting PG. WTF do you expect TMAC to do? He is not GOD. He cannot beat UTAH by himself. As long as I see effort from TMAC, which he gave last night, I am happy. People try to compare him to Kobe. Since Shaq left, has Kobe been out of the 1st round? Does that make Kobe a lady?

I can't believe what little faith some rockets fans have.. It's like clockwork how these ridiculous threads pop up after we lose a game; I shouldn't be surprised. I wonder if other team's fans are this bad...

    lol, it pisses me off

I'm sure there are other players that get hurt far more than mcgrady. But the entire world doesn't see their vivid expressions.

Hes banged up. Sure, I think he does exagerate his injuries like the stomach in game 1, but you cant deny the fact hes playing 40 mins a game the entire season and was banged up throughout the season especially when theres no Yao

Panic posts are just stupid. They reveal a lack of intelligence on the part of the poster. I understand the emotion behind it, and the frustration, and need to villify someone, but Tracy wasn't the problem last night. He's just your easy target, without requiring you to think, evaluate and brainstorm. This is nothing more than a vent, insulting the rest of us Rocket fans.

Perhaps someone should kick you in the nuts, poke you in the eye, and injure your shoulder, to see if you have a little more perspective. You might get EMBARRAED by your post, and give us a thread worth interacting on.

The bottom line, is Utah double and triple teamed TMac, and the other guys didn't hit their shots, as he dished it out to them, except Battier. We don't have enough healthy talent to match up with Utah right now (no Yao, no Rafer, injured TMac, BJax and Landry). If BJax alone had a decent game, we could have won this game. That doesn't mean that heart won't win us a few games, or who knows what they're capable of, after what we saw with the streak.

But, its not because TMac didn't was soft ... good grief. This is not something worth starting a thread over. If you're going to post something inane, at least post it in the game thread.

I think this is the most intelligent post I have seen today. This is the attitude that most "true" Rockets fans should have. Very good post sir.

Thank you. People need to step back and think about what others will think of a thread before hastily starting a new one.
