Did everyone forget about the smacktalk they had on each other in the first game in Houston? It looks like Tmac wanted to guard Qrich the whole nite and he pretty much made Qrich a non-factor in the game. 39 mins 2-10 fg's 6 pts. I guess this matchup was forgotten, there were a bunch of people saying Tmac will have revenge. Just wanted to point out that he pretty much did.

I can understand if it's Kobe or Lebron or someone else on T-Mac's "level" talking smack about him...but QRich? As in Quentin "Stand at the 3pt line and jack up every look/non-look you get" Richardson? The same guy dumped by Moesha? Yeah, stupid to say the least...I don't think Mcgrady had anything to 'prove' playing against QRich, but I guess he did anyways.
there are allways sub-calibur players that want to make a name for themselves by trying to out-do a top level player. the best strategy is to get in thier head so they have an off-night, then you look like you can really guard these guys. look at elson and KG, bell and kobe, etc... some guys need to know thier roles.
you have to give some credit to QR, he is a good defender, but he has nothing to do around the 3 point line
Qrich got OWNED yesterday... damn, Tmac totally killed him... btw, did y'all see when Tmac blocked his Qrich's threepointer? I was laughing so hard... memo to Qrich: next time u want to talk to the media and try to establish a character for yourself, dont go like "I know how to stop Tmac, u just have to be physical"... especially when you have another matchup with him in the same season, because Tmac will school u and embarrass you...
well considering that tmacs season average is at around 20 points, he surpassed that by 5 against qrich. not very good defense if you ask me, also considering that tmac was not attacking the basket
all he said was if you were physical with TMac you can shut him down... it was a typical post-game interview after we beat them two weeks ago... its pretty much a non-issue.... focus on our next game

dude those are actually proven to be a decent matchup..but think about patterson, this guy is simply nuts
