Wow, even from what everybody said earlier I didn't think it was that bad. That is one of the most pathetic NBA plays I've ever seen.
TSlack is playing like a three year old girl on the break. In previous games, he could have at least made a layup but he pass on it and threw a bad pass to Scola for a turnover. Earlier, he had a wide open lane to the basket, but he pulled up. The guy can't finish. Why is he even in the game?
I was in the car listening to this on the radio when the play happened. I had to turn off the radio for about a minute just to collect myself. What a humiliating play for a player of Tracy's reputation. It probably wrecked his confidence for the rest of the night.
damn looks like he was stuttering his feet so he could get up off his left leg...tough break i'm sure he wants that one back.
how's this compare to the few dunks yao got blocked by the rim earlier in the season? seriously, when i saw that, i instantly thought about those dunks missed by yao. don't know why.
Nobody within 5 feet of him, he tries to get cute and makes himself look like a fool instead... Wanna get away???
Yeah, looking at the replay, it's clear that he didn't want to dunk going off his left leg. So he took an extra step to jump of his right leg, but by that point he was under the basket. Seriously, if T-Mac can't do a simple dunk of his left leg any more, that's just sad. I've yet to see him drive right off that left leg this season.
I'm glad you posted this. I stopped watching the game after Tmac missed this wide open dunk. Can anyone imagine seeing any other superstar missing a dunk that badly? Btw, you didn't get the part where Artest/Bench Warmers were all laughing at him. This has got to be one of the saddest moments of Tmac's career. Also, at the :05 second mark, why does McGrady always yell like hes being fouled everytime he goes to the rack? I notice he always does this. But here he did it here for no reason. Does he always moan so that the refs blow a whistle to bail him out? Or is he trying to scare his opponent with his roaring?
