mac won't make it if he doesn't advance past the first round. but he still has some yrs left to change that. if he does, he's a shoo-in.

deke should too. he deserves it. plus he's impact the world beyond the basketball court.

If Mutombo gets that ring he's been trying to get for ages, he'll have a better shot, roughly 50% maybe?

Tmac should be in if he gets that ring as well. As long as he can get rid of his playoff woes, he should be fine.

The jury is still out on Mac...

But seeing Dirk on that list ahead of Dikembe makes me vomit. Deke is maybe the NBA's greatest philanthropist EVER, one of its best defenders EVER, and has graced the league with his heart, smile, and hilaaaaaaaaaarious voice for almost two decades. He is an icon of what the NBA stands for, or at least what they should...

May be not now, but should he remain healthy and putting up even the kind of numbers he's now for a few more years, combined with some playoff success, will pretty much guarantee McGrady the HOF.

I think Deke will make it, and Yao also -- barring injuries -- will eventually get there if he has a normal career.

Tmac has all the individual achievements

scoring champ two years in a row is not as easy as some may think

if we can be a solid contender for the next 3 years

then he can get on to the HOF

Dike should be in it regardless
