He got off to an awful start and I think Van Gundy is just sending a message. Could be injury though......I guess we'll have to wait and see what the deal is.

Bottom line: Tmac looked very lethargic out there.

That's because VMac is stealing his thunder. From now on, he shall be known as only Tracy.

I think Van Gundy should put him back in now...Can't take both superstars out of the game and expect to win.

If he was benched he deserved it. His play was pathetic. If he is injured he needs to get his a$$ up to Waco and see his witch doctor tonight.

LET'S GIVE MAC A LESSON BY SHOWING THAT WITHOUT HIM, WE CAN'T EVEN WIN A GAME AT HOME AGAINST A TEAM WITH THE WORST ROAD RECORD IN THE NBA.

    CAn't make much more sense.

    ...What is wrong with JVG?

He's on the bench for a long time. Maybe coach is sending a message that he needs to attack more?

But he's smiling on the bench.

Maybe we're giving the game to the Warriors so they beat the Mavs? Maybe we're resting T-Mac.

Someone in the chat just said Tracy ate some spicy foods and didn't feel too well before the game. Food poisoning?

He has a heat pack on his back at all times on the bench. He was standing up on a couple occassions, so I doubt it is his back.

"For those of you who are wondering, yes, Jonathan and I have inquired numerous times already if there was something physically wrong with McGrady. Trainer Keith Jones keeps saying there's nothing at all ailing him. During one timeout early in the second quarter, McGrady started to take off some of the towels and wraps that he keeps on his body to stay warm and was ready to re-enter the game. But JVG never gave him the nod." - Fran Blinebury

Well, I'm glad he isn't injured...and I guess this answers questions about whether JVG coddles him...I really hope this lights a fire under his @$$! C'mon T-Mac!!!

Maybe JVG is just resting Tmac for the playoffs?
