http://sports.qq.com/a/20091205/000340.htm This article is in Chinese, but basically it was saying that Johnthan Feigen from Houston Chron thinks that Tmac will be back on 12/11 against 76ers or 12/13 against Raptors. However, he is sure Tmac will return in this month.
Honestly, this T-mac issue is best handled if he's allowed to play. Without seeing his performance on the court, the Rockets cannot really decide whether they need to trade him or if they should re-sign him to a cheaper contract. And, if the Rockets do not want to re-sign him under any condition, the Rockets still need to hope for a productive-looking T-mac on the court if they want any chance of getting a good trade.
that's wrong. feigen has said repeatedly in his blog that he THINKS tracy will be back on those days based on his "educated guesses." he doesn't know when tracy would be back. he's assuming b/c we have a long stretch after this road trip. if he doesn't play next week, he'll assume again another set of games.
No, he mentioned that it was a good guess that he would be back on the 11th or 13th, but he really did not know. It is a regurgitated bit from his blog. And now that he has said this........I think the rift gets even bigger. Tracy per his own Skillzlab website: "Tell me if you gonna play me. I'm still a Rocket player. If you not gonna play me then tell me that. You know I'll respect that but I don't respect just having me wonder what's going on. Nobody is really communicating with me. I wanna get out there with my guys..great group of guys.. great teammates.. i just wanna help them compete every night." DD
This is Feigan's personal guess, translated from one of his blog responses. Someone asked about Feigan supposedly predicting TMac returng vs. the Cavs. Feigan responsed something like "My guess has always been the Sixers/Raptors road trip." It's NOT anything but his guess.
http://blogs.chron.com/nba/2009/12/rockets_111_warriors_109_bring_1.html#comments [rquoter] Jon, Gutsy win last night by Houston on the road and on the back end of a back to back. The win also shot them past San Antonio coupled with the Spurs lost last night. On the subject of McGrady, was he on the bench with the team last night? And do you still get knd of a sense he will play vs. Cleveland Wednesday night? (He was on the bench. And I don't think I ever predicted Cleveland. My guess has always been the Philly-Toronto road trip. -- Jonathan) Posted by: Donny at December 4, 2009 11:24 AM[/rquoter]
