I have a ps2 that I don't play anymore. I am actually surprised they are still making new games for it. I think I can make use out of the ps2 if I can copy games or download the games from online, keeping the cost low. Has any one here attempted this? Do you know the cheapest way to get it done? I saw a video on youtube but I am not sure what to make of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZM76GZf1_k <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/xZM76GZf1_k&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/xZM76GZf1_k&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
I see. come on! its a ps2. The thing is like 8 years old. If i were talking about copying nitendo games, would it still be locked? but yea, if its not appropriate here, apologies. lock it up.
I've used swap magic on my old PS2 for years - it's cheap, easy and doesn't actually require doing anything that actually harms your PS2. Also I know a lot of people use it to pirate, but it can also just be used to play other-region games, which was my reason for doing so. There are so many good PS2 games in Asia never ported over to the US.
