So I showed up to the Rockets game at section 422 with 4 of my old friends and hoped to enjoy a great Rockets game. 1. One of my friends had an offshore betting account and bet on the Rockets game with an OVER of 170points. After a great 1qtr, he thought he had easy money. I told him, this is the Rockets. 2. Another friend of mine had the Juwan vs Stromile debate. I said Stromile could at least score 10pts and Juwan would get burnt on defense. Oh, I haven't really seen that much Stromile this year, but he was making me root for Juwan. 3. During the breaks, Sweet Suzy announced a couple of little events, one was that kids race where the kids had to put on the jersey , shoes and shoot to win Southwest Airlines tickets and that Xingular thing, where the guy proposed to his girl. I was a Sweet Suzy's halloween party. So was Clutch (the bear)! 4. I told my friends to 'watch out for Memeh Okur, he can shoot the 3s, he's the Turkish Robert Horry' 5. We were in panic mode when McGrady did not show up in the 3rd. We were greatly releaved that he was there for the birth of his new child. 6. The food was better than Reliant Stadium, I had the parmesean fries. 7. Where was Yao? can't he at least sit on the bench when he's hurt? 8. my favorite quote on why we were throwing up bricks the whole game was my friends explanation 'we're trying to get Reggie Bush'.
i was at Toyota center for the Rockets game. Where else did you think I was at? Fiesta? Gallery Furniture?
what enemy? section 422? the $30 seats? I know you expect me to be so hardcore that I would get more expensive seats than the $30 ones, but this was against the jazz and there was no Yao. I know the Summit is deeply sacred in your heart, but Toyota Center is not enemy territory. I don't like Les Alexander but he's not my enemy.
