With Rafer hurt it is a prime time to shake things up and send a message. Start Brooks and Scola. Move Snyder into the rotation. Major minutes should go to:

Yao, Scola, Landry, Hayes in that order (When Yao rests, go small with Hayes and Landry or Scola)
    Battier, Wells
    McGrady, Snyder
Brooks, Alston (when Healthy), James when Alston is out (if he sulks, bench him for Head).

Adelman should not hesitate to bench anyone not giving their all. We have a deep bench with lots of players willing to bust their ass. Our PG play has been horrible, Brooks could not possibly do worse. Scola and Landry consistently will bust their butts, Hayes has been slacking off lately and is an absolute albatross on the offensive end. If we're going to play ragtag offense you might as well as do it with your atheletes.

This is not panic, this is sending a message to a team that is not putting out the effort. If Clark Kent (mild mannered Yao) is calling out the team we have a serious commitment issue. Mcgrady needs a message too, but I don't know how you can send it since we can't seem to even come close to winning without him.
