Harden could never get us over the hump but when he got here he made us relevant, got other players to wanna come here (even though they wanted to leave after playing with him for awhile), and we were in contention pretty much his entire time here. It just so happened that when we finally had assembled the most talented Rockets team ever, it was at the same time the Warriors assembled the most talented NBA TEAM EVER. I can’t be mad or hate the man for finally wanting to move on even though he did it in the wrong way. But if he never wins a championship he’s gonna regret pushing for that CP3 trade and if he does ever win one it won’t be as special as it would’ve been here in Houston and he’ll never be loved as much by any other fan base. Now it’s time to move on ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Would still like to see him win one, but yeah. There would have been nothing sweeter than bringing a third chip to Houston.
