He'll triangulate us with Gasol, Harden and Metta.

I honestly think he will be a good GM. The point is we have a good one already, very different, probably, but very good. I doubt Phil would have been able to do the rebuilding Daryl has done/is doing, losing Yao and Tracy in exchange of barely nothing and having 0 losing seasons.

    That's easy to say.

I don't buy Riley's sample neither. He didn't bring Bron, Wade, Bosh and Miami did.

He's the ideal coach for championship run, and I don't see any reason why Morey wouldn't coexist with him. Morey+Phil = best combo in the league.

Phil Jackson and Morey would compliment each other well, i think. Although i like Morey, i don't think advanced statistics will win a championship alone. But thats just me.

Phil Jackson just tweeted that he thinks that Pat Patterson could be his Jason Caffey.

Both Morey and PJax would demand full independence in their roles. They wouldn't mesh well.

    Morey doesn't think so either.

Well, i don't know about front office, but as a coach and Gm combo, i think they cover up each others weaknesses up well. Morey is good with finding talent with his external statistics and Jackson knows how to deal with internal personalities, and has a keen third eye. Not to mention i do think Dwight wants to be coached by the likes of Phil. But i don t think it will happen.

How does it feel to know that your posts no longer are worth two ****s to the board. Quite unfortunate.

When I was 17, I did what people told me

Did what my father said, and let my mother mold me

    But that was long ago

I'm in control, never gonna stop

Control, to get what I want

Control, I got to have a lot

Control, now I'm all grown up

A good coach doesn't mean a good GM.

So Phil wants to be like Pat Riley, very interesting.

Yes. In a heartbeat. Scary what he would do as a Gm.

I want to know why we need to replace Morey first. I need good reasons and I haven't seen anyone say anything of worth yet.

If you don't have the money and enough talent/experience available, any star is less likely to leave the glamour of LA,Miami for a city with less endorsements. Having Phil Jackson is not likely to make a big difference.

He'll end up at Seattle, provided the move happens
