    IIRC, back in 99 you could use webmail addys...

    my first two accounts were with a geocities and yahoo accounts.

    Just saw a tod post yesterday in the GARM. Man, there are alot of people in that list I haven't heard from in awhile. SRS is one name that jumps out.

    And then there was this one big bet where half of the people had to change their SN. Like 'til this day I'm still not sure whether Doc Rocket is one and the same as Popeye. Where have all the oldtimers gone?

    Some people's names never got changed back. (like Fatty FatBastard).

    Some of the old-timers, like Ace and Almu, post occasionally but just not that much anymore. Not sure what happened to some of those others. A few I don't even remember.
