I don't think I am capable of relating just how very important this game against Minnessota is going to be. In my mind, the Rockets just HAVE to win. They need to break the Timberwolves' curse. Plus, winning this game would put the Rockets only three games behind the Puppies with 27 games left. So will they beat the Wolves?
I think so. The Rockets are going to pull out a tight one, 94-90. Francis is going to have a birthday bash, scoring 35 points and handing out 8 assists. Predictions? Will Francis have a party, or will he be crying?

psychologically, this could be the biggest game of the season.

a win here is an exorcism of wolflike ghosts of despair and horseshoe-like near misses.

    Verse,

And just the opposite effect with a loss. I see this game as the biggest of the year to date. We can either close the gap on someone ahead of us...a must if we are to make a run for a playoff spot, or fall farther behind and make the guys face the reality that they dug themselves too deep a hole early in the year.

I love the drama either way.
