    And Tiger's not too much of a freak. I'm guessing Tiger's a pretty boring guy in the sack, no stories have come out and you know they would have otherwise. At this point what can she say about Tiger to damage him any further?

    If you get 10 million for doing nothing but giving a freak his obsession (i'd like to say it another way), go live in obscurity. This is the dumbest thing ever.

    However, I do think the clause was a way for tiger to recover the settlement.

    Not good for tiger. More info may come out and at the very least he just needs this to go away

    there's also speculation that he has money troubles. He lost a lot of sponsorship money, trying to sell his yacht for too much, divorce settlement, new mansions mortgage, etc

    a bunch of his stories were aired on the Howard Stern a while back when he held a tiger woods mistress contest. Nothing too crazy other than he liked sex on ambien and there was a story where he was dressed in a suit while he had 3 girls getting it on in front of him while he told them what to do.

    How much money did he make the last decade? If you still have money problem after you earned hundreds of millions if not billion plus, I guess the only thing you should do is join Iron Mike and be a male prostitute.

    Yeah, come to think of it, Rachel will probably get 10 million in a book deal so she ain't going to miss that money. Only, I wonder if there is a clause that would allow tiger to sue rachel if she tells all regardless of giving the money back.

    What's the deal with referring to everyone by their first names? Is that to make it sound as catty and gossipy as possible? Seems a little ridiculous to call a lawyer by her first name.

    Tiger fired him. They were pretty tight. Only link to the winning days left is his agent who just switched agencies

    yeah, but the point was you really can't blame either side. so even if tiger fired him, i hope it wasn't a bad breakup, but that maybe unrealistic

    Tiger fired his Caddy so he WOULDN'T have to pay him. His caddie was paid on payroll rather than the usual "take 10% of earnings". Since Tiger isn't playing for a while he let the Caddy go. I'm sure there are some other issues involved, but the guy was still getting paid while Tiger didn't even step foot on the course.

    Tiger fired him after he was approached by Adam Scott to caddy for him (twice, the 1st time, Tiger knew about it) and he agreed without letting Tiger in on it.

    Williams hasn't been paid in since Tiger hasn't been playing. Which is why he is was caddying for someone else.
