This was a regular season game and Artest's real side came out and cost us the game. How many more games will this happen.....and how will this machismo crap help us in the playoffs? He responded with worse play. So he gets owned and stupidity is excused?Screw that sore loser if he wants a big pay day for that weak childish S**T he's gonna have to play like a man and not a weak THUG! His bully act doesn't go over to well with Kobe and it pissed me off bad last night.(even worse than AB's weak ass entry passes to Yao, weak shoot first midget PG)

Not to mention RONVICT shoots terrible and is DELUSIONAL.(he's in Kobe's league?, he wishes and so does everyone who likes him).

Screw signing him to more money.

we would have lost by 20 with out Artest. HONESTLY I WISH HE WOULD HAVE HIT KOBE IN THE FACE, if i could be guaranteed he would not have been suspended. I'm tired of teams walking on us.

Knee jerk city again. He had a bad game last night so we should trade Ron Ron for a late second rounder and ban him from Texas all together.

Yeah, man...screw Artest. i mean, he hasn't helped CARRY this team after Tmac went down.

Shoots terribly? Over 42% from behind the arc. That guy has hit more HUGE fourth quarter shots than anyone else on our team this season.

Yes, he shouldn't have tried to play one on five at the end of the game, but that same passion helps him get big steals at the end of games.

Total overreaction to one bad quarter. There were other reasons why we lost the game, though Ron pissing off the Mamba was certainly one of them.

Seriously, some people need to take a day, relax... maybe go to the spa and think, just think, before they start posting random douchebaggery.

So when we roll over, it's "no attitude on this team. we need someone meaner. we need someone who doesn't take ***** from anyone"

Then you get that guy, and he has 1 issue and all of a sudden he's "too thuggish".

whatever. these kind of posts make me want to start putting users on my ignore list for the first time ever. it might happen by the end of the season

Read my posts about him from the beginning and before we got him before you make it easy for me to say KNEE JERK reaction on every one else's part.

Dude got toasted and did not keep his composure and cost his team...no argument that it happened last night and that he has a history of this immaturity.

we would have lost by 20 if he started his yapping in the first quarter..... you are right.....then Kobe would have ended with close to 60.

I agree the guy lost his head, which isn't excusable. However, I would take Ron "over-competing" anyday over some of the crap we've put up with around here the last few years. This is not a soft team anymore, and these guys won't lose quietly. If we're gonna lose, I want to go out screaming and fighting like last night, not like some whiny b****. It's much more enjoyable watching a game when you know they left it all on the floor.

Ron is Ron and I'm glad to see that Yao's softness is not rubbing off on him as I feared it was.

I don't get all the outrage. I mean, he didn't really start talking until after the game was over, at least not that I saw. The only other evidence of anything was when he reacted to Kobe's punk pushing when he didn't like how tough Ron was playing him.

Thug mentality? Can't agree with that, and seeing how much if not all the talk occurred in the final minute after the game was won, I don't see how it cost us the game. There were other problems with our play that cost us the game, but I don't think Ron's attitude, aside from taking a few bad shots (shots that he's made a ridiculous percentage of in the past several games), was part of it.
