    I've read this article over 3 times already. I have absolutely no clue why it would be offensive to Muslims. Please note that no Muslims has complained about it, so please don't turn this into a discussion about religion.

    I saw an advanced copy, and the wolf has a long beard and head wrap.

    And he blows down the house with and IED.

    So this news story may have a little bit of a point.

    does anyone understand why the term builders would offend Muslims? is there some underlying connection with pigs and Muslims that I'm not seeing here?

    I would be worried of taking any chance to affend muslims. The cartoon of mohammad with a bomb in his turban caused so much chaos i cant blame these guys for not wanting to take any chance. Not tryin to be mean, but these guys know how to blow things out of proportion. They are just waiting for a chance to start ****.

    Hey, nothing surprises me these days. The book could have been written by Ted Nugent or something. Besides, I'm lost without emoticons. It's the only way I can read any human emotion any more.

    Whats wierd is the writer is Jewish, and like Muslims, many don't eat pork. I don't see any difference, and no one has said this story's offended them. Yet she got paid to write that.
