Would you guys ever think of starting Norris/Francis/Mobley
at the 1-3 slots? Then you throw Griffin at the 4 and Ming
at the 5.I've heard alot about Norris the last few years
but haven't really got a chance to watch him play alot.

    Is he starter worthy?

Honestly,I wish we had something to offer for Mobley. But
other than Reef/Terry nobody else has value or is injury
    prone.

    Jason Terry
    Cuttino Mobley
    Dermarr Johnson
    Abdur Rahim
    Theo Ratliff

I'd love to have that this season=)

No thanks our line-up is fine the only change that might occur is obtaining Rashard Lewis which is iffy depending on the money.

Start, no...,but it will be seen at times. I don't like the three guard so much with Moochie. For the current Rockets, it may work better with Tierre or Maddux who play a more uptempo game than Moochie.

Dermarr could be a good fit with the Rockets, but the price (KT+) would probably be too high. Have the Hawks ever talked about moving Rahim to SF to create a big frontline?

Please no more three guard lineups. We have too many good players to have Moochie in there for anything but giving Francis a breather.

We definately need some changes this year,,,The Lineup that "Hotlanta" gave was a bit crazy,,, Moochie , Stevie, & Cat,,,,,, Come on,,,, That would be the Tinyest lineup in the whole league.. Most of Our guy's in the 3-spot are already smaller than the rest of the league.

I agree w/ you guys. "Small Ball" has to go away. I mean, its okay for a change of pace if we're trailing by a lot and need some energy" (using it to erase that 15pt. 4th Q defecit at Phoenix early in the season). But Rudy using it to close out virtually every game was just killing me! Francis was getting abused by the good SG & Mobley was getting handled by the good SF. And I've got some bad news for everyone. If we don't get Lewis, look for the 3 guard lineup to continue to play a major role in Rudy's game plan for at least another year or two until Nachbar's ready to close.

Atlanta's mistake was picking a small Guard in Dickau. They should've picked someone they could entice the Bulls with, and pried away Jamaal Crawford. When you have a player like Jason Terry, Wagner, or Iverson, it's best to have a 6'5+ player as the other guard.

What's the problem with Glover starting at the 2?

I honestly think that a Terry/Dickau backcourt would never work. Maybe the Bulls would take a Dion Glover and cash for Jamaal Crawford trade?

Rudy played that lineup many times last season, when he thought the matchups were good. Sometimes it worked ok for a while, but it was due more to injuries than anything else (imho). Most of us hope that lineup is seen on rare occasions this season. When Steve could play, he and Cat played way too many minutes. Mooch seemed to be more effective off the bench in short bursts. (if that makes any sense.:))

PS- Glad you like Cat... but you can't have him! ;)
    Welcome to the board. :)

I would like a big man lineup more than a small man lineup. Although I've never seen the Rox do it, I think it could be effective. I think we would already have a linup like this, but we never had anyone big who was good. (they are so rare these days. :( )
