What does that have to do with being waived? Are you saying CLE just threw away a player of value in trade? He was a victim of the Harden trade. There is no doubt every team in that trade said "No thanks" to CLE trying to pawn Thon Maker for value, so .he ..just ...got ....waived to make roster room for the trade
He definitely is behind the curve on D as compare to others on this roster. He has to improve his awareness, he ball watches way too much and it constantly burned back door. The only one with pt where it happens consistently.
Dude. You look like a silly jerk when you post crap like this. I. Know. He. Got. Waived. He was the person waived because they had forward depth. On another team, which lacked forward depth, a guard likely would have been waived. No one says he's going to be some major signing, some crazy value proposition. If Wood is out indefinitely, this team desperately needs a backup center, and Maker is the best available one without a trade.
