    Can I put in a request for a dialup friendly version...as in on a CD? :p

    I can go find you wherever you are!

    How bout it? :p (Yes, I'm living in the stone ages after a time where I had a 2.5 Mbps cable internet and Digital cable with the works. Now I'm on dialup/broadcast TV. WHY GOD WHY!!! :p)

    heh....that is the dialup friendly version.

    The other version is almost 2G in size..this one is only 677M

    it may take a while...but you can get it just fine thru a dialup...give it a shot.

    I'm online in 2-3 hour intervals at home, maybe 2 times a day.
    Let's just assume I'm on 5 hours every day for 10 days. I'd have to have to Torrent up for the whole time, going at about 3 kb/s just to finish this download. :(

    By that time, there will be like 1 seed and I'll be downloading at about .000001 kb/s :p

    I'll give it a shot though. I only got 20 megs into game 1 and finally gave up.

    hmm how does this thing work? its a torrent file or soemthing, it downloads in like 1 second and then it looks weird and doesnt work

    You need to <a href="http://ei.kefro.st/projects/btclient/">download a bittorrent client</a>, then when you download the .torrent file, it opens the bittorrent application which in turn is what downloads the file.

    BTW, R2K -- what kind of connection did you start this on? I've never gotten d/l speeds so fast (400kB/sec consistently). I'm on a T3, and it's nice to finally open it up a bit :)

    Oh, that reminds me -- what codec did you use?

    The intiial seeds are over a couple of fast connections....that only stays active for around a day or so on initial release...then it is just the regular people's connections...

    and it is Divx 5.11

    on that note....a reminder to everyone that gets this...please leave your program open after you get it for a day or so to help everyone else that want to get it...bittorrent doesnt work right unless everyone helps by leaving their seeds open for a while.
