Anyone, I dont care. Just someone with a really really short contract. No one is going to take Rice. Francis, Mobley, Griffin, Maurice, Rice, Morris, Brown, Torres along with Rice should be the only ones on this team next year. We dont need another 20 yr old to make us younger and more inexperienced. Griffin also better be our leader, because I dont think Francis and Cuttino have any guts whatsoever. Francis Mobley Rice Maurice Trade for a center. Eddie, Oscar, Tierre (he atleast pushes the ball), T-mo and a couple of free agent pickups should be good enough. We also need to trade for someone like Avery Johnson or Tim Hardaway. Aging pg who can actually show Francis how to run a team. Didn't CD call last offseason the most important in our franchise's history? Geez... you can blame some things on injuries but effort and improvement on the court aren't some of those things.
As much as I hate to admit it, has anyone actually considered that this team really is tanking? Something also has to be said about playing a team that absolutely has your number.
Well they dont have to tank this hard. Today was just embarassing. At least stay competitive till midway through the fourth quarter. Also what team does not have our number anymore. Spurs Lakers Kings Blazers Jazz Magic Wolves (till this year) Mavs Every good team has our number.
Well, we split with the Jazz this year, and have killed both the Blazers and Mavs this year. I also believe we split with the Lakers last year. However, you have a point. I'm going to hold out complete judgment until next year though.

Of course KT is probably better then all of those players. But KT and our pick or picks are incentive to take Cato and Moochies huge contracts of our hands. Otherwise who is dumb enough to take Cato and Moochie? I dont hate Cato or Moochie, but they are making way too much and we would be best by trading them.
