This team is absolutely fine as they are. I think its all mental form here on out. Francis needs to mature more, mentally and only time can take care of that, I think most of the tools are there. I do not not think Rudy T is a good motivator though, I am tired of the Rocks coming from behind to force every game into overtime, We need to have a killer attitude from Jump, its like "ow, we're down 20 lets play some ball" it freaking sucks, they of all temas should have the hunger. Again based on this game alone my satrting 5 would be

    Francis
    Yao
    Mobley
    Hawkins
    Griffin

with Mo T and Glenn Rice as closers

Rudy needs to shorten his freaking rotation so that real chemistry can be developed.

They have potential. But they are getting older. They better develop together quickly. They better mature fast.

Wale how on earth can you have chemistry? You have a Center learning the NBAs Big Mans Game and two Guards that think they are the ultimate gift to Basketball and play their own selfish game of ISO Basketball. With the two conflicting directions how can Team Chemistry become the norm!

There is nothing selfish about it....ISO is their game it has always been their game.....it is their strength and sometimes thats the only choice they have got. It has won us games....granted now we have a center so their style will need changing, which it has dramatically this year compared to the past two years. Everyone wants to whine about improvement and maturity....we are just a few years away from being a top seed in the West and thats after 3 years of not even being in the race at all....that is incredible basketball and incredible coaching!!! Im not saying things dont need adjusting, but I am confident the right things will happen over the next few years...in the right direction...with the core and the coach that we already have......!!!
