    Does anyone remember this moment? It was the happiest I'd been in so long. If we make the playoffs, we get the chance to do this again. I know a lot of people think that we can't win a series, but anything can happen. Let me remind you that we forced a game 7 against the lakers that year without Yao. Wouldn't you want to make the playoffs for a moment like this? I know I would! LET'S GO ROCKETS AND FINISH STRONG TO END THE SEASON. I WANT PLAYOFF BASKETBALL!

    You don't know that, hence why you still watch the team and why you will watch them in the playoffs, for a potential upset. Figured the Rockets' play recently would lift up some of these downers in the forum.

    That was fun because with Yao we had a chance. Now with no star and our two best players banged up there's no point.

    Half this board wanted to trade Yao before that season. So it's pretty clear that at least on this board, it's better to tank unless you are going to be the favorite in every playoff series.

    You sir are a true fan. Easily my favorite Rockets moment ever (I was 6 during the championships). True fans appreciate watching their team in the playoffs. I can't wait till the postseason, cause I know the Rox are gonna be in it rockin.
