So let's take a wild guess here. The great news that Chandra Levy had prior to her disappearance was that she was pregnant. The last phone calls she made were to Condit where she told him she was going to keep the baby. Then Condit through some of his mob contacts in the DC police department had Levy whacked. His connections in DC police might explain why it's taken 2 months to have a homicide detective assigned to the case. While I agree with the general premise that adultry knows no political ideology, I must point out that Thomas wasn't married, as I recall, during the time that Anita Hill alleges those things happened. This has nothing to do with party affiliation! I wouldn't even care that he committed adultry, except that he used a starry eyed intern as his sex toy (ANY CEO of ANY Fortune 500 company would be fired for banging the interns. What baffles me, if that he a. sent his lawyer out to contact another of his ex-mistresses, and they asked her to lie under oath.. b. lied to police officers who were trying to find his ex-lover, and he hampered their effforts to find the truth and there are people in this country who say, "but it is just about his private life, it is just about sex".
