Wow man. They had it. The swagger, the confidence, they had fun, they had a leader in Tmac, Yao did his thing, even Deke waved the 3 fingers. This team has completely turned to hot garbage.
I think I'm almost crying. I really wish Sura wasn't injured, I wish Barry could have stayed and got playing time, I wish DA worked out, I wish T-Mac was healthy. I miss Mike James. I think the 04-05 Rockets were one of my favorites. Too bad we blew that 2-0 lead in the playoffs. We should have won it that year. If I were the Mavericks, I would watch out. T-Mac and Yao won't forget last season's playoffs. That is for sure. There will be revenge.
Jon Barry was a major factor in that game...he may have been a spark for us if he could have stayed healthy...oh well, no point in thinking about that stuff now. The fact is the offseason is only months away...and we are bound for a major rebound year.
Jon Barry would have helped us last night. There's something to be said for basketball savvy and energy. We did not have either one last night. I don't care if Barry can't play a lick of defense, we couldn't stop SA. He should have been on the floor giving our offense some gas.

Man, did you notice that half-second clip of Ralph near the beginning? Dude was a foot and a half ABOVE the rim!! The real tragedy in Rockets history isn't this year -- it's Ralph's injuries. We would have OWNED the late '80s and early '90s.
