huge pet peeve.. put the main subject of your thread in your title! Anyone who does a search for camcorder in thread titles won't see your very recent post asking for recommendations that may well have the exact info they need. And even if they search in posts, they won't know to look into this thread right away because of the random thread title

As for a camcorder, it seems like a lot of people are dropping their bigger capacity (and sized) camcorders for the HD Flip. So yes, it does depend on what you plan on recording and how much space you need..
