I convinced 5 genz to get out and vote regardless. They really didn't want to vote but I persuaded them and reminded them it's never been easier. Even if they filled out a blank ballot. Needless to say 3 of them were leaning Harris and all but one ended up voting trump. I feel like i made a difference.the get out and vote campaign works and always favors the candidate who persuaded them to vote regardless.

if the Dems had any sense, all these people that just got laid off at the VA, people now on the verge of losing their business because of the federal funding freeze, doctors dealing with a measles outbreak in TX and TB in Kentucky, people not able to afford things after tariffs are enacted, etc would be getting paraded around telling their stories and linking this back to things the republicans have done while telling the American people what u will promise to do instead of tweeting about democracy and tsk tsking about a coup they’d be going on non-stop about grocery prices…I was at Whole Foods the other day, and there was a cap on how many eggs u can buy there’s literally a farmer who voted for Trump going viral on TikTok because he’s crying about potentially losing his farm after the freeze they just had some republican on TV arguing against free school lunches for kids saying they need to get a job at places like Burger King and show they have some value they just introduced a bill attempting to cut Medicaid which even had Steve Bannon like “Wait, hold on a minute, a lot of MAGAs are on Medicaid”…this should be getting amplified everywhere…ads on YouTube, ads on TV, ads on every social media site should already be in full throttle over this Aren’t these the “kitchen table issues” they claim they want to focus on?
I can't figure out what liberals are upset about. Removing criminal aliens is a great idea. Threatening countries with tariffs forcing them to capitulate, works for me. The voters in AOC's district are overwhelmingly against her position of harboring the illegals. Auditing members of congress who suddenly find themselves worth many millions after a couple years of earning ~$170k seems like something we should be doing. Stop sending billions of dollars to countries all over the planet that doesn't do anything for the US taxpayer .... fantastic idea. Negotiating an end to the Russia Ukraine conflict and no longer sending them billions of US dollars at your expense while gaining access to their rare earth minerals, great idea. Finding a solution to the Israel / Hamas conflict sounds like a win to me when we have been funding both sides of it. Stripping government waste .... why u mad? Reducing federal spending when we have a $2T shortfall? A sovereign wealth fund to help reduce the debt? What I don't hear anyone pissed off about is Democrat Representative, Ayanna Pressley, says that Democrats are willing to work with anyone who is serious about censoring the American people - her own words.

Trump won the popular vote. Republicans won the House and Senate, most of the governorships and statehouses. Protesting isnt going to work until voters have a chance to regret their choices. Persuade your neighbors, sure, but pressuring officials with protest to do "what the people want" will sound hollow. The center of the fight right now is the courts. Activist lawyers and NGOs have a lot of work to do opposing the Admin's actions. But regular people, not so much. Maybe the most effective thing you can do is give money to an organization that will fight the Admin in court. Or organizations that will help the people hurt by the changing policies. But unless you can shut down the economy or something, idk what a public protest will accomplish.
