Hey guys, I'll be leaving to Cancun in exactly 2 weeks, this will be my first time in Cancun. I'll be there from June 30th- July 4th and I want to make the most out of my time. To everyone who has been, how was it? What can I expect? Any neat things to do?

BTW, I have a question regarding carry-on luggage.

Will I be able to bring my PS3 as carry-on luggage?
Yes, I am addicted to COD4.

I dont plan on just sitting there in my hotel room playing COD4 all day, but if I ever get bored it'd be nice to be able to relax in the villa and play some video games.

Just pull your PS3 out of your bag when going through X-Ray just as you would a laptop.

    17.
Ok, I'm sure that just made me sound like a total nerd. I DONT PLAN ON PLAYING THE DAMN THING ALL DAY! I went to Acapulco last year and stayed at the Fiesta Americana and I was beachside and I was riding jet ski's.. etc, BUT late at night when i couldn't sleep (insomnia) there was nothing to watch on TV, even though p*rn is shown on basic cable in Mexico :) So its just in case I get bored thats why I want to bring it.

If you are into diving or snorkling, I would recommend taking a day trip over to Cozumel. Chankanaab Park is wonderful and has swimming with dolphins if you want to spend a lot of money. If not, just snorkel.

We went in late July a couple of years ago and took a day trip to Chichen Itza

It was brutally hot, but worth it. Take a bus tour from Cancun if you go.

We have been diving in both Cozumel and Cancun. Cancun is not worth it, go over to Cozumel.

idk, cancun is pretty lively at night, not sure why you need the ps3 when you can get drunk and maybe get lucky...yeah its really nice, too touristy though with overabundance of hotels and american stores. if you get the chance, check out cozumel and mayan ruins.

    Playa del Carmen.

    Mayan ruins.

    Tulum.

    Chichen Itza.

    Etc.

Party your ass off. Get drunk. Bang hot chicks.

But for the love of Christ, leave the PS3 at home.
